"Lacy was awesome. We basically did the entire deal over the phone and she did a great job. She had everything ready for me when I got there and it was a seamless process. It was the easiest and most laid back experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Jason was the most easy going F&I guy I have ever dealt with. I will definately recommend your dealership to everyone I know that is looking for a motorcycle or atv."

"I have been interested in purchasing a M109R Suzuki motorcycle for the last two years. I did my research on the internet and by word of mouth. Everyone that I spoke with had good things to say about the motorcycle as well as other Suzuki products. I visited several dealerships in the last two years but I found that the Sales staff were not knowledgeable about certain questions that I had. On July 15, 2008 I visited Ultimate Motorsports in Knoxville Tennessee. I was greeted by Laci Coker and she said if she didn't know the answer to my questions she would find the answer. After about 40 minutes of conversation Laci made the sale. Good job Laci! I would recommend Laci and Ultimate Motorsports to anyone interested in Suzuki products. Kenneth R. Dunlap"

"Dear Laci,
Thank you so much for giving your time for us when we visited Polaris to test drive a Suzuki Burgman.
We appreciate your patience, thoroughness, and knowledge of bikes which you displayed in a very
professional manner. You are a credit to your employer and deserve the highest praise. All dealerships
should treat their customers with the respect and manners with which you displayed to us.
Have a great week end and enjoy your upcoming July 4 Holiday.
Sincerely yours,
Bernie & Carol Reimer
The above letter was sent via email to Laci Coker for her superb manner in which she handled our visit on Jun 26,2008.
She deserves the praise!"

"This is gonna be good so please bare with me.
Ok so I'm set to pick up the new bike fron Ultimate toys on Friday(yesterday) I pull into the dealership right at noon and I head into the showroom to meet with my sale's person "Laci coker" to set up the final paperwork, well everything goes as planed,so we walk out to see the bike and Tim McNutt runs me through the bike showing me all the features and what not and I'm on my way with the bike (only took an hour and 20 minutes for everything )
Well I head over to my friends work to show him the bike(he's a Harley guy) off of Peters rd at the Navy recruting station. I pull in and Scott my friend and neighbor walks out cause he heard me coming into the parking lot(Haha loud pipe's save lives and wake up the dead ), we are sitting there BSing and Scott notice's oil coming from the motor, we start to look for the problem with no luck Did I buy a Harley? (I said to Scott!) well "schitt" back to the dealership (very disappointed with the situation,I roll back in and pull over to the service dept and walk in and Vincent (on of the service guys) said to me "I thought you were done and left the store" I said thats what I thought he gives me a funny look so I tell him that the bike is pissing oit out the back side of the rear cylinder near the exhaust (his jaw dropped) and out the front door he goes to look at the bike, (now get this) they drop everything they are doing and take the bike in the back and tells me to give them a few minutes.. at this point I'm very disapointed , so i walk upfront to the show room where Tim and Laci are and I proceed to tell them the problem and bang Tim and Laci haul ass to the back to see WTF is going on w/ the bike (I'm impressed!)
Tim and Vincent come back up a few minutes later and tell me they are cleaning the oil off and that they are gonna run some tests (like an ER doctor would say) I'm standing there and Tim brings me a new Victory T shirt off the shelf!! ( I think to myself ,there kissin butt but they didn't have too, just fix the bike!) 30 minutes go buy and Tim comes back out from the back and tells me that they are gonna build me a new bike fresh from the crate and all I had to do was redo my paperwork (What ever) and told me Its gonna be a couple of hours till it'll be together So I wait around for a while and I get bored so I start sitting on other bikes killing time well I sit on a Kingpin that has a set of Arlen Ness designed handlebars on it and it felt goooooooood!!! I ask Laci how much are these bars? She tells me around $400.00 but she said we'll do alot better on the price,a couple of minutes later Laci and Tim shoot me a price of $207.00 installed (now that what I'm talking about ) I asked "do you have them in stock?" Nope Tim said but we'll take them off this one if you want(Tim shoots and he score's ) I said do it!!! Off that kingpin goes to the back to be stripped of its bars!! (I'm now thinking to myself "this joint goes the extra mile for the customers!!!") Well now its 4:30 or so and the bike is complete and the paper work is done and the new bike is the bomb with the new bars and the exhaust pipes I had them put on too!!!
All in all The people at Ultimate Motorsports are ustand and honorable who stands behind there products and really cares about there customers!!!
So Tim,Laci,Vincent,Jason and all else who were involved to take care of me and a bad situation turned good You guys are the most awesomest (<--new word) people out there to deal with!!!!!

"After purchasing a used Polaris jet ski this past summer I started experiencing some fouling problems, so I took it to an independent service center to be repaired. They had problems from the start finding anything wrong, this should have clued me, but finally adjusted the carbs and said it was fixed. After taking the ski out it was very noticable that it was worse then when I took it to them. They said to bring it back and they would make it "right". Another 6 weeks go by and they still can't seem to figure it out. I finally told them I would pick up the ski. Upon arrival at this shop I find that they have not only not fixed the problem , but now want to charge me an additional $350, bringing the total invested to around $550.(they rebuilt the carbs) I told them that I was VERY displeased with being charged additional money for not finding the problem and was basically told, "sorry you feel that way".
I then brought you my 1999 Polaris SLX in and was treated great by your staff, especially Virgil Burnette. I explained to him what I had just been through with this other shop and he was very understanding and kind. Your technicians found our problem very quickly after correcting the shoddy repairs done by the other shop. Not only had the other place mis-diagnosed the problem, they didn't do the job properly. Virgil went above and beyond with our situation and me and my wife were very impressed by how much time he spent on our problem. It was very important to him that we understood what the problem was and where our money was going.
We will not only continue to do business with your company, but I am a great source of advertising for your service department.(word of mouth)
Please let the owners and Virgil know how much we appreciated the special attention and great service.
Sincerly;
Robert & Terri Perry
